The POLOS® 450 Advanced is a benchtop single-substrate spin coater, equipped with an NPP material housing, a spin cup, and a manual chemical dispensing device. It has an internal diameter of 500 mm, and the maximum size of substrates it can handle is as follows: circular substrates with a diameter of 500 mm, and square substrates of 350×350 mm.
